Maglione General Contractors Inc. (MGCI) Founding Story
Joseph “Joe” Maloney started MGCI in March 2005 after founding J. Maloney & Son, an HVAC Contracting Company for 31 years.
J. Maloney and Son was known for quality material, workmanship & service and being familiar with all phases of construction from foundation to roofing.
After selling J. Maloney & Son, Joe Maloney wanted to follow his childhood dream to be a builder so he decided to continue what was a hobby of building rental properties, his personal home, office & many renovation jobs. So in March 2005 Joe Maloney started contacting former HVAC customers asking if they needed any renovations/remodeling. With the help of the former HVAC customers having trust in Joe Maloney, Maglione General Contracting Inc. began.

Joe Maloney is the owner’s legal name; Maglione is his family name that was changed at his father’s birth to Maloney.
